The undersigned is directed to say that in pursuance of Government's decision on the recommendations of Fifth Central Pay Commission announced in this Department's Resolution No. 45/86/97-P&PW(A) dated 30.9.1997 and in continuation of instructions contained in this Department's O.M. No. 45/86/97-P&PW(A)-Part II dated 27.10.97 , the President is now pleased to decide that the pension/family pension of all pre-1986 pensioners/family pensioners who were in receipt of the following types of pension as on 1.1.1996 under Liberalised Pension Rules, 195...
