NOTICE FOR ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING FY 2017-2018

The Annual General Body Meeting of the Tamil Nadu Income Tax Pensioners Association  is proposed to be held on 29.11.2018, Thursday Forenoon  at 10.30 AM in the Income Tax auditorium in Ayakar Bhavan Complex Chennai. The agenda of the meeting is given as under.  All the Members are requested to attend the meeting.  Copy of the audited annual accounts and audit report is enclosed herewith.

1)    Welcome address by Secretary.
2)    President’s address
3)    Activities of the previous year – address by Secretary.
4)    Submission of accounts by Treasurer for the year ending on 31.03.2018 and Approval of the  accounts.
5)    Hosting of the next National Secretariat meeting of the Income Tax pensioners Federation at Chennai on 09.12.2018 and related arrangements.
6)     Collection of subscription from members.
7)    Address by Zonal in charge members.
8)    Any other matter with the permission of the Chairperson.
