NOTICE FOR ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING FY 2018-19

The Annual General Body Meeting of the Tamil Nadu Income Tax Pensioners Association is proposed to be held on 16.12.2019, Monday Forenoon at 10.30 AM in the Income Tax auditorium in Aayakar Bhavan Complex, Chennai.  The agenda of the meeting is given hereunder.  All the Members are requested to attend the meeting.  Copies of the audited annual accounts and audit report are enclosed herewith.

Agenda of the meeting
1)    Welcome address by Secretary.
2)    President’s address.
3)    Felicitation by the NCCPA leaders, Chennai.
4)    Submission of accounts by Treasurer for the year ending 31.03.2019  and Approval.
5)    Key Note Speech by Com. KKN Kutty, Secretary General, ITPF, New Delhi.
6)    Interaction of members with the Secretary General.
7)    Activities of the last year – By secretary
8)    Address by Zonal in-charge members.
9)    Collection of subscription from the members.
10)           Any other matter with the permission of the Chairperson.
11)      Vote of Thanks.
