NOTICE FOR ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING - FY 2022-23

        Notice is hereby given for the Annual General Body meeting of the Tamil Nadu Income Tax Pensioners Association for the FY: 2022-23. The meeting is proposed to be held on 17.11.2023, Friday Forenoon at 10.30 am. in the Income Tax Auditorium in the Aayakar Bhavan Complex, Chennai. The agenda of the meeting is given hereunder. All the members are requested to attend the meeting. Copies of the annual accounts and audit report for the FY. ending 31.03.2023 are enclosed herewith.

2. Welcome address by the Secretary.
3. President’s address.
4. Condolence resolution.
5. Felicitation by the General Secretaries of ITEF and ITGOA.
6. Tea break.
7. Submission of the Minutes of the previous AGB and approval.

9. Election of office bearers for the period 2023-2026.
10. Address by Zonal Secretaries.
11. Open session.
12. Any other matter with the permission of the chair.
