EC Meeting 16/12/2017 in Kolkatta. Issues for discussion invited.

There will be an EC meeting of ITPF on 16/12/2017 in Kolkatta.  TNITPA wanted to discuss the issues if any to be taken up in the Kolkatta forum.  In this regard members are requested to provide the issues with reasoning for further discussion before taking up the same in the Kolkatta EC meeting.
