CIRCULAR

The National Co-ordination Committee of Pensioners Association (NCCPA), the Apex body of all Central Government pensioners, in their National Executive Committee meeting held at Chennai on 05.08.2018 had resolved to organize the following programmes of action to press the 10 point charter of demands.

Post Card campaign to the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India.

A Post Card Campaign has been finalised to be organised amongst the entire rank and file of the members of NCCPA. The Campaign may be undertaken from 01.12.2018 to 31.12.2018. The Post Cards may be organised to be sent to the Prime Minister between 01.01.2019 and 15.01.2019. All Pensioners are requested to write the following sentences in the Post Card and the same may be posted to the Hon’ble Prime Minister. The Zonal Secretaries are requested to co-ordinate the programme and ensure maximum participation of pensioners.

I solicit the kind attention of the Honorable Prime Minister to the memorandum dated 27.11.2018 submitted by the National Co-ordination Committee of pensioners in which I am a member  on certain pension related issue.  I seek the intervention of the Honorable Prime Minister to ensure settlement thereof.

Mass Dharna Programme in Chennai  on 20.12.2018

The National Executive Committee of the NCCPA had further decided to hold Mass Dharna Programme in 11 Centres of India in furtherance of the action plan. For detailed circular on the list of centres and the dates etc. the members may refer to our Federation Blog http://itpfchq.blogspot.com/.  In Chennai it has been decided to conduct the Mass Dharna Programme on 20.12.2018 in front of Pallavan House, Chinthathiripet Chennai. .Com K G Jeyaraj the NCCPA HQ office bearer is participating in the above programme. The Central Government pensioners living in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry and Karnataka are requested to participate in the programme enmasse to press for the 10 point charter of demands .The Zonal Secretaries are requested to co-ordinate the mobilization of pensioners to participate in the above programme to make  it a success.

Hunger Fasting  Programmee in New Delhi on 15.03.2019

The National Executive Committee of the NCCPA had further decided to hold a hunger fast programme from 11.00 A.M to 3.00 P.M on 15.03.2019 in New Delhi. The NCCPA expect to mobilize more than 2000 pensioners in the said programme. The details of the venue will be intimated in due course. The Zonal Secretaries are requested to co-ordinate with the HQ to ensure maximum participation of members in the above programme.  Our quota of members from Chennai and other zones will be discussed in the EC and will be intimated.
