International Workers Day Celebration NCCPA today, 01.05.2021, celebrated International Workers Day by Video Conference between 3.00 PM and 5.00 PM. About 107 pensioners / State and Central HQ office bearers from various  CG pensioners associations attended the conference. Tamil Nadu Income Tax Pensioners Association was represented by Com.G.Ganesh Babu Vice President, Com ML.Perumal Secretary, Com Palanivel Asst. Secretary,  Com.Thangasubramanuan Trichy Zonal Secretary. The meeting was presided by Com.Shiv Gopal Misra President NCCPA. Notional Increment: The decision in the case of Shri.Ayyamperumal may be applicable to an official who had rendered 12 months of service and became eligible to get an increment but was denied the increment because he retired immediately before the day on which the increment was due to be paid.  1. Employee retired on last working day of the month. 2. Increment was due on the following day. But it was not allowed because he was not in service on that day. 3.
